February 2, 2016 Board Meeting Agenda Item #20 Title ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES' PROJECT COMPLETION AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR FOR THE BOOKER HIGH SCHOOL REBUILD VERTICAL CONSTRUCTION PHASE PROJECT Description All work has been completed and all required close-out documents have been received from the contractor. The final contract costs have been internally audited and are enclosed herein in Final Contractor's Application and Certificate of Payment #43. The Director of Construction Services Department has determined that the project is complete in accordance with state statues.
